Claims (1)
- 断熱構造の加熱室と、同加熱室内を加熱する手
段と、上記加熱室に気体を導入する手段と、上記
加熱室の入口と出口とに配置される輻射変換体と
を有する気体浄化装置において、前記加熱室内を
加熱する為の熱源としてメタン・プロパン等のガ
ス燃料を用い空気との予混合火炎を形成する様に
し、同加熱室入口側輻射変換体の前段にはセラミ
ツクボール或いは金網等を設け燃焼火炎の逆火防
止及び予混合気の整流機能を持たせ、同加熱室内
の温度を検出し、浄化しようとするガスの処理量
に応じて燃料流量制御弁の開度及び気体流量を制
御する制御装置を備え、さらに同加熱室内温度及
び加熱室入口側輻射変換体の手前の温度を検出し
、火炎が失火した場合、加熱室内温度からの低温
度接点及び、火炎が逆火した場合、加熱室入口側
輻射変換体の手前の温度からの高温度接点にて燃
料遮断弁を操作する制御装置を備えたことを特徴
とする気体浄化装置。
