Claims (1)
- 加熱室、同加熱室内を加熱する手段、及び上記
加熱室の入口と出口とに配置される多孔性の輻射
変換体を有する気体浄化装置において、加熱室の
圧損を測定して信号を出力する差圧発信器、加熱
室入口側輻射変換体の上流側に設けられたバーナ
、及び上記差圧発信器からの信号を受けて開閉す
る上記バーナの燃料遮断弁とを備えたことを特徴
とする気体浄化装置。
