Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. デイゼルエンジンの排気ガスを熱源として水、
    空気等の被加熱流体を加熱する熱交換器を具えた
    第１の排気ガス通路と、上記エンジンの排気ガス
    を上記熱交換器を経由することなく流通させる第
    ２の排気ガス通路と、上記第１及び第２排気ガス
    通路の何れかに選択的に排気ガスを流通させる弁
    装置とを具え、同弁装置は、上記エンジンがスモ
    ークを発生する運転状態にあるとき及び上記熱交
    換器における被加熱流体の流量が設定値以下に減
    少し又はその温度が設定値以上に上昇したときに
    、排気ガスを第２の排気ガス通路に導き、その他
    のエンジン運転状態及び熱交換器の作動状態にお
    いては、排気ガスを上記第１の排気ガス通路に導
    くように構成されていることを特徴とするデイゼ
    ルエンジンの排熱利用装置。
