Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転軸に固着されたカツプ状のロータの内周面
に、円周方向へ一定の間隔をおいて複数の磁石を
固着するためのアウターロータ形ブラシレスモー
タの磁石取付治具において、 回転軸及び隣り合う磁石どうしの間に着脱自在
に嵌め込まれる間隔保持部材を磁石の数と同一数
だけ設ける一方、回転軸の外周面に形成された溝
へ嵌め込まれるとともに自ら有する弾性力で間隔
保持部材をロータの内周面へ押圧するＯリングを
設け、隣り合う磁石どうしの間隔よりも少し小さ
い幅の凸部を間隔保持部材における外側の面の中
央に形成したことを特徴とするアウターロータ形
ブラシレスモータの磁石取付治具。
