Claims (1)
- リードフレーム上に固着されパツドとリードフ
レームとが金属ワイヤにより接続された発光素子
と受光素子とを対向させて樹脂封止してなる光結
合素子において、各素子が固定されたリードフレ
ーム面を基準にした場合の前記金属ワイヤのルー
プの頂点の位置を前記発光素子及び受光素子の上
面部及び対向面部より離間させたことを特徴とす
る光結合素子。
