る第１、第２の圧力伝達媒体と、前記第１、第２
の圧力室間に設けられ表裏が夫々第１、第２の圧
力室に面するよう設けられた可撓壁部と、この可
撓壁部の一部に取付けられ前記第１、第２の圧力
伝達媒体による圧力を両面で夫々対応して受けそ
の圧力差を電気信号に変換して導出する感圧素子
