フランジと、この一対の導圧フランジと前記ケーシング
との間に周辺部をケーシングに気密に固定されて設けら
れた一対の受圧ダイアフラムと、この一対の受圧ダイア
フラム間のケーシング内に封入された圧力伝達媒体と、
前院ケーシング内を2室に分割するように周縁を気密に
固定されて設れられた中間ダイアフラムと、この中間ダ
イアフラムによって仕切られた第1および第2の圧力室
の圧力差を検出し電気信号に変換して外部に出力する感
圧素子とを備えた差圧伝送器において、前記中間ダイア
フラムが機械的強度の大きい材料で作られた周辺部と熱
膨張係数が前記ケーシングとほぼ等しい材料で作られた
中央部とからなりこの中央部の外周部と前記周辺部の内
周部とが気密に接合された構造であることを特徴とする
