Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve walkability so as to suppress sinking due to a load so as to improve soundproofing effect by arranging elastic sheets on both faces of a base material having a plurality of cut grooves formed in the thickness direction and layering a facing material and a hard backing material for constructing a floor material. CONSTITUTION: A soundproofing floor material A is constructed by arranging a plurality of cut grooves 1 along the longitudinal direction of a base material 2 and laying a facing material 4 and a hard backing material 5 respectively on the both faces of the base material 2 via elastic sheets 3. In the base material 2, rigidity is lowered by the cut grooves 1 while vibration damping effect is improved, and the elastic sheets 3 arranged double greatly increases a shock force absorbing characteristic for improving soundproofing effect. By means of the hard backing material 5, rigidity is increased as a whole, and a drop after construction and a warp can be reduced.

For example, as a conventional flooring material, as shown in Fig. In this conventional example, the softer and thicker the elastic sheet 3, the higher the soundproofing effect, but after installation, the elastic sheet 3 will absorb the force and exert a soundproofing effect. There was a problem in that it became large. For this reason, the present inventors have developed a floor material A'' in which a plurality of grooves 1 are provided in the base material 2 as shown in FIG. The reduction in rigidity caused by the cut grooves 1 has a damping effect, and together with the absorption of impact force by the elastic sheet 3, this is intended to improve the soundproofing effect. This is effective in the case of soft materials such as paperboards, and when the base material 7 is directly adhered to hard plywood, resin board, or the base material, the base material 2 and the base material 7 are completely integrated. , the rigidity is improved and the vibration damping effect is reduced, resulting in a significant reduction in the soundproofing effect. Therefore, a soft material is used as the base material 7, but this causes new problems such as increased sinking after construction and decreased rigidity resulting in increased warpage.

The soundproof flooring material of the present invention is made by laminating a surface material 4 and a hard backing material 5 on both sides of a base material 2, in which a plurality of grooves 1 are formed in the thickness direction, with an elastic sheet 3 interposed therebetween. With this configuration, the above object is achieved. That is,
The rigidity of the base material 2 is reduced by the grooves 1, improving the vibration distribution effect, and since the elastic sheet 3 is made of two layers, the absorption of impact force is increased accordingly, and the soundproofing effect is significantly improved. Furthermore, since the backing material 5 is hard,
Even though the base material 2 is provided with the grooves 1, the overall rigidity is improved, and sinking after construction can be suppressed, and the occurrence of warping can also be suppressed. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. A plurality of grooves 1 are provided on the base material 2. In the embodiment shown in FIG. has been done. Cut groove 1
For example, the width is 3IIlffl and the pitch is 60-1. The kerfs 1 are provided in a grid pattern and the base material 2 is divided into two pieces, or the upper ends of the kerfs 1 are connected and the base material 3 is divided as shown in FIG. The base material 2, which does not need to be coated, is made of plywood or the like, and usually has a thickness of 2.3 to 9.0 mm. Elastic sheets 3 are attached to both sides of this base material 2. The elastic sheet 3 is preferably made of a soft material such as nonwoven fabric, natural rubber, urethane resin, silicone resin, etc., and a sheet having a thickness of 1 mm or less is usually used. A surface material 4 is attached to the elastic sheet 3 on the front side. This surface material 4 is made of plywood of 2.7111II+ thickness, for example.
, 3 vsva thick natural veneer is attached. A hard backing material 5 is adhered to the elastic sheet 3 on the back side. This backing material 5 usually has a value of 2.3 to 9.0 +
am thick plywood is used. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the upper ends of the grooves 2 are connected, and the base material 2 is not divided (it is a single piece).
A cushion material 6 is attached to the backing material 5. Even though the soundproofing properties are further improved by the insulation material 6, the rigidity is ensured by the backing material 5, so that sinking can be suppressed. This soundproof flooring material A is laid by directly adhering it to a concrete surface, such as a concrete slab of a building, via an adhesive, for example. [Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, since a surface material and a hard backing material are laminated on both sides of a base material in which a plurality of grooves are formed in the thickness direction through elastic sheets, the base material The rigidity is reduced by the grooves, improving the vibration damping effect, and since the elastic sheet is made of two layers, the absorption of impact force is also greater (and the soundproofing effect is significantly improved). Furthermore, since the backing material is hard, the overall rigidity is improved despite the cut grooves in the base material, and it prevents sinking after construction.
ff, and the occurrence of warping can also be suppressed.
