[Background Art] Conventional floor materials are, for example, simply a decorative board (projection board) stretched on a board made of plywood. Therefore, when the floor material is directly impacted, the floor material is transmitted through the floor material. There is a problem that vibration is transmitted to the base material, which is transmitted to the lower floor, which is not preferable for soundproofing. For example, in a condominium such as an apartment, there is a problem that if a child runs around on the upper floor, people on the lower floor complain that it is noisy.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a flooring material capable of imparting soundproofing and vibration damping functions to the flooring material itself. is there.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION In the flooring material of the present invention, the sheet-like material 2 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the wooden decorative board 1, the substrate 3 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the sheet-like material 2, and the kerf 4 is formed on the substrate 3. It is characterized in that an elastic body 5 having an unevenness on the surface is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the substrate 3, and the problems of the above-described conventional example are solved by adopting such a configuration. This has been solved to achieve the object of the present invention. That is, in the flooring material of the present invention, the soundproofing in the first stage can be performed by bonding the sheet-like material 2 and the wooden decorative board 1, and the soundproofing in the second stage can be performed by further providing the cut groove 4 on the substrate 3. In addition, the elastic body 5 can perform the soundproofing in the third stage. Also, the substrate 3
Since unevenness is provided on the surface of the elastic body 5 laminated and integrated on the back surface of the, the apparent Young's modulus can be reduced and the vibration damping property can be improved.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to Examples. The sheet-like material 2 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the wooden decorative board 1 as well as the sheet-like material 2
The substrate 3 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the substrate 3, the cut groove 4 is provided in the substrate 3, and the elastic body 5 is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the substrate 3 to form the flooring 6. Here, the wooden decorative board 1 is, for example, a laminated wooden decorative single board 1b on a plywood 1a. As shown in Fig. 3, the decorative veneer 1 is made of wood.
The surface side groove 7 is provided in the longitudinal direction or width direction of the floor material 6 only in 1b, or the surface side groove 7 reaching the lower part of the wooden decorative board 1 is provided in the longitudinal direction or width direction of the floor material 6 as shown in FIG. It may be used. The front side groove 7 is a V groove or a U groove. By providing the surface side groove 7 in this way, the degree of freedom of the floor material 6 is increased and the floor impact sound can be further reduced. The sheet-like material 2 is, for example, a rubber sheet,
Synthetic resin sheets, synthetic resin foam sheets, soft sound-insulating sheets (synthetic resin sheets filled with high specific gravity substances such as metals and inorganic substances), non-woven fabrics, and cloths are considered. In short, any sheet-like material may be used. However, a material having a higher surface density (weight per m 2 ) is less likely to be deformed due to warping, etc., and the floor material is well-set. As the substrate 3, for example, plywood is used. A kerf 4 is formed on the back surface of the substrate 3, and the kerf 4 is cut upward from the back surface side of the substrate 3 to reach the sheet-shaped material 2 or the sheet-shaped material 2. It is something that cuts into a state that does not reach. Here, the kerfs 4 having different cutting depths may be used together. Further, one or a plurality of cut grooves 4 may be provided in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the floor material 6 as shown in FIG. 7 (a), or the width direction of the floor material 6 as shown in FIG. 7 (b). 1 to more than one may be provided in
Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7 (c), one or more pieces may be provided in the longitudinal direction and the width direction of the floor material 6, respectively, or as shown in FIG. 7 (d), with respect to the longitudinal direction of the floor material 6. One or more may be provided in a diagonal direction, or FIG. 7 (e)
Alternatively, the floor material 6 may be provided in an oblique lattice shape that is oblique to the longitudinal direction of the floor material 6. Further, the cut groove 4 may have any groove width and groove depth.

By providing the cut grooves 4 in this manner, the vibration energy of the sound transmitted through the floor material 6 can be attenuated at the cut groove 4 portions. The elastic body 5 is made of rubber foam or synthetic resin (urethane, polyethylene, polystyrene, etc.) foam and has elasticity. Irregularities are formed on the surface of the elastic body 5. By making the surface of the elastic body 5 uneven as described above, the apparent Young's modulus of the elastic body 5 can be reduced, and the vibration damping property can be improved.
If the area ratio of the protrusions is too small, the dents against the load will be too large and not suitable as a flooring material. If the area ratio of the protrusions is too large, the apparent Young's modulus cannot be reduced so much that unevenness occurs. It cannot be expected that the effect of improving the damping effect will be so great. Considering these points, the area ratio of the convex portions is preferably 25% to 75%. The first
Although FIG. 6 to FIG. 6 do not show the surface of the elastic body 5 provided with unevenness, this is a schematic view in which the unevenness is omitted in the drawing, and in the present invention, the surface of the elastic body 5 is actually not shown. Unevenness is formed.

FIG. 8 (a) shows an example in which the area ratio of the convex portions 10 is 25%, and FIG. 8 (b) shows an example in which the area ratio of the convex portions 10 is 50%. In FIG. 8, the distance between the convex portions 10 and the width of the convex portions 10 are the same length l.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, as described above, the sheet-like material is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the wooden decorative board, and the substrate is laminated and integrated on the back surface of the sheet-like material, and a kerf is provided on the substrate. Since the elastic body with irregularities on the back surface of this board is laminated and integrated, the resonance of the wooden decorative board can be suppressed by laminating the sheet-like objects, and the sound generated when a shock is applied to the floor surface can be reduced. The first stage soundproofing can be done, and by making a cut groove in the substrate, the vibration damping of the floor material itself can be noticeable and the second stage soundproofing can be done, and further the lower layer elastic body can do the third stage vibrationproofing. Of course, since the unevenness is formed on the surface of the elastic body in the third stage of vibration isolation, the apparent Young's modulus can be reduced and the vibration isolation can be improved more effectively. There are three types of soundproofing and vibration-proofing Due to the synergistic effect, the flooring material itself can exhibit more reliable soundproofing and vibration damping effects. Further, since the substrate is provided with the cut grooves, not only the vibration-proof effect but also the warp of the floor material itself can be suppressed and the conformability to the floor surface (for example, concrete surface) is improved. Further, when a kerf is formed on the substrate, the kerf appears as a streak on the surface of the floor material and appears to be lifted up by oblique rays, but in the present invention, the occurrence can be suppressed by inserting it into a sheet. .
