Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize compressive deformation and reduce lightweight impact noise by forming a floor base material an elastic sheet material having a determined void and a plate material on which uneven surfaces are formed to disperse impact force, and laminating this base material on a woody floor material layer. CONSTITUTION:A soundproof floor material is formed out of a woody floor material layer 1 and a floor base material 2 on the lower surface thereof in which an unevenly formed plate material 4 is sandwiched between elastic sheet materials 5. The elastic sheet material 5 is bonded to an elastic fibrous sheet by an elastic resin having a resin solid content of less than 50% to form a thickness of about 2-10mm having a percentage of void of 50-80% A fibrous material such as polyester is braided and spirally formed to give resilient performance. Uneven surfaces are formed on the plate material 4 formed out of a hard vinyl having a thickness of about 3-20mm to disperse impact force. This is sandwiched between the elastic sheet materials 5 to form a sandwiched floor base material 2, which is then laminated on the lower surface of the woody floor material layer 1.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to soundproof flooring materials, and particularly to soundproof flooring materials, particularly for use under floors made of concrete surfaces with a smooth surface or plywood or particle board, etc., to reduce floor impact noise. It relates to wood-based flooring materials that are fixed to the ground primarily using adhesives.

Various methods have been proposed in the past to reduce firefights. In this case, floor impact noise is classified into weight impact sound and lightweight impact sound, but since weight impact noise is affected by the structure of the building itself, lightweight impact noise is the most effective mitigation measure in terms of improving flooring materials. Sound reduction is exclusively oriented.

Adjusting the hardness of the floor surface finishing material is effective in reducing light weight tE"J noise; the softer the surface material, the greater the reduction effect.
However, in the case of wood-based flooring materials using solid boards or natural wood decorative plywood, the surface cannot be made soft because the surface is made of wood. Although it is possible to use relatively soft wood, it is easily scratched regardless of whether the surface is painted or not, and its commercial value is low. Therefore, the conventional method has been to divide wood flooring into several layers and combine different materials.

Various ideas have also been made for cushioning materials laminated on the upper or lower surfaces of plywood. For example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 1137064 and 1-131753, cushioning materials are provided with uneven surfaces to reduce floor impact noise. It is stated that efforts should be made to suppress this.

Relatively thick plate materials such as styrene foam, glass wool, and rock wool are used as base materials for conventional wood flooring. Although these materials are very thick, they have little effect in reducing floor impact noise, and the use of thick materials is often subject to design restrictions. If a soft material is used with the expectation of a mitigation effect, the amount of deformation will be large when the material is compressed under a load, and if a thick material is used, it will sink a lot when walking on wooden flooring. Some have the disadvantage of giving pedestrians a fluffy feeling.

Also, when dividing conventional wood flooring into several layers,
In addition to wood materials, we also use resin damping sheets, glass wool,
Rock wool, foamed resin sheets such as polystyrene, rubber socks, non-woven fabrics, etc. are used. Although these methods attempt to reduce floor impact noise by utilizing the properties of various materials, they are not definitive methods because the floor impact force cannot be dispersed in two or more directions. As mentioned above,! 1. There is also a conventional technique of providing uneven surfaces on the shock absorbers, and although this is expected to have some effect in reducing floor impact noise, it is still insufficient in terms of preventing excessive sinking. It was something.

An elastic fiber sheet is made by bonding fibers together using an elastic resin and forming a predetermined gap between the fibers. It is something that has. This sheet material preferably has a porosity of 50% to 80% because it forms voids; if it is less than 50%, the cushioning effect will be small;
If it exceeds %, the amount of deformation due to compressive force becomes too large, which is not appropriate.

Although the material of the fibers is not particularly limited, it is preferable that the fibers be made of relatively long fibers, thick, stiff, and durable against repeated loads. In order to give the sheet elasticity, the fibers are knitted or woven, or folded, twisted, or spiraled to form a sheet, rather than leaving them straight.
The structure is such that the fibers themselves always rebound against compressive force applied in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the sheet. Here, the fibers are bonded together with an elastic resin that acts as a buffer and prevents the transmission of vibrational shocks. Such resins include, for example, natural rubber (Nl
2), neobrene rubber (CR), nitrile rubber (NBR)
), silicone rubber, butyl rubber (CIIR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), ethylene propylene diene copolymer (EPDM), and the like. If the amount of this resin added is too small, the fibers cannot be fixed well, resulting in a low sheet stability, while if the amount of resin is too large, the elasticity of the fibers will become too much, making it impossible to make full use of the repulsive force. Therefore, it is desirable to suppress the resin solid content to 50% or less. The resin may be applied by dipping or spraying. Furthermore, it is advantageous in terms of the buffering effect if the fibers are joined at points.

By forming the uneven surface 3 on the plate material 4 in this manner, when an impact force is applied to the floor material, the force can be dispersed in two or more directions. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, the impact force applied to the floor material is applied to the convex portion 8 of the plate material 4 as a vertical force W, but this vertical force W is dispersed in two directions, W5 and W2. When the convex portion 8 is an independent protrusion, dispersion force is generated in the plane of the paper and in the opposite direction, resulting in dispersion in two or more directions.

The flooring material in the present invention may be one in which the elastic sheet material 5 is laminated only on one side of the plate material 4. When the elastic sheet materials 5 are laminated on both the upper and lower surfaces of the plate material 4, the upper and lower surfaces may be made of the same material, or the upper and lower surfaces may be made of different materials. . Since the flooring material of the present invention has a subfloor material made by laminating an elastic sheet material with little compressive deformation and a plate material formed with an uneven surface, the elastic sheet can withstand compressive force applied in the vertical direction. As the material rebounds, the plate-like material deforms and disperses the vertical force in two or more directions, thereby reducing the amount of compressive deformation and making it possible to reduce light impact noise and prevent vibration impact.
