Wood veneer 2 is plywood, particle board, MDF, LVL
Is a decorative plate having a thickness of 2.5 to 3.5 mm on which a common thin decorative veneer 1 having a thickness of about 0.2 to 0.5 mm is adhered on the surface thereof. The decorative board on the surface is preferably thin, but if it is too thin, it will break due to the load from the surface and cause a problem in the durability performance as a floorboard, so the range of 2.5 to 3.5 mm is preferable.

Action In claim 1 of the present invention, the thickness of the essentially decorative board 2 is reduced.
The reason why the thickness is limited to 2.5 to 3.5 mm is that it is experimentally known that, generally, the surface of a decorative board that emits sound is thinner and softer, so that less sound is generated. However, care must be taken when the thickness of the decorative board 2 is less than 2.5 mm because the decorative board 2 is cracked by a load from the surface and causes a problem in durability performance as a floorboard.

The reason for limiting the hardness and thickness of the rubber or synthetic resin sheet 3 attached to the lower surface of the wooden decorative board 2 to 0.5 to 2 mm in the range of 10 to 40 degrees is that the hardness of the rubber or synthetic resin sheet 3 is low, The thicker the better the soundproofing effect, but if the hardness is 10 degrees or less or the thickness is more than 2 mm, the floor will sink due to partial load, and when connecting multiple floorboards, This is because a step is easily generated on the connection surface.

The reason for limiting the thickness of the wooden substrate 4 to a range of about 3 mm is as follows.
This is because the overall thickness of the floorboard is kept as thin as possible and has practical strength.

Limiting the thickness of the foamed rubber or synthetic resin sheet 5 to be attached to the lower surface of the wooden substrate 4 to 1 to 3 mm, and limiting the hardness by a C-type hardness meter to the range of 10 to 40 degrees is that the hardness is 10 If the thickness is 4 degrees or less and the thickness is 4 mm or more, it is too soft as a floorboard,
It causes a problem in its performance.

The reason why the thickness of the wooden substrate 6 to be attached to the lower surface of the foamed rubber or synthetic resin sheet 5 is limited to a range of about 3 mm is the same as that of the wooden substrate 4, while keeping the overall thickness of the floor board as thin as possible. This is because it has practical strength.

The thickness of the cloth 7 adhered to the lower surface of the wooden substrate 6 is JIS
The measurement value by the method prescribed in L 1096 is in the range of 3.5 to 20 mm, and the bulk specific gravity is limited to the range of 0.02 to 0.15,
This is because the vibration transmitted from the surface of the floorboard is absorbed more effectively by the thick and low specific gravity cloth material 7, but the bulk specific gravity is reduced to 0.
When the thickness is less than 02 or the thickness is more than 20 mm, it becomes too fluffy and it is easy to cause problems in the function as a floorboard. When the bulk density of the object 7 is in the range of 0.02 to 0.15 and the thickness is 3.5 mm or more, the sound insulation class (L) value is L
-45 was found to pass.

In addition, the impact sound is dispersed and absorbed by the fibers of the cloth,
Since the cloth-like material is richer in flexibility than other fibrous building materials, the cloth-like material adheres to and adheres to the unevenness of the floor substrate.

Furthermore, the kerf formed so as to reach the wooden substrate 4 from the lower surface of the wooden substrate 6 increases the flexibility of the floor panel, further improves workability, and prevents the floor panel from warping.

Since the foamed rubber or synthetic resin sheets 3 and 5 are made into two layers and the wooden substrates 4 and 6 are provided on the upper and lower layers and the intermediate layer, even if a concentrated load is generated on the surface of the floorboard, the load is reduced to a plurality of layers. Is dispersed by the wood substrate.

Effect of the present invention The wood-based soundproof floorboard of the present invention has a thickness of 2.5 as described above.
The thickness of 0.5 to 2 in the range of hardness of 10 to 40 degrees by C type hardness meter specified in JIS K 6301 on the lower surface of wooden decorative board of ~ 3.5 mm
A rubber or synthetic resin sheet with a thickness of about 3 mm is attached to the lower surface of the sheet, and a wooden substrate with a thickness of about 3 mm is attached to the lower surface of the sheet.
Hardness is 10 to 40 by C-type hardness tester specified in IS K 6301
A rubber or synthetic resin sheet with a thickness of 1 to 3 mm in the range of degrees is adhered, a wooden substrate of about 3 mm in thickness is again adhered to the lower surface, and further according to the method specified in JIS L 1096 on the lower surface When the measured thickness is in the range of 3.5 to 20 mm, the bulk specific gravity is 0.02 to 0.1
Since the cloth 7 in the range of 5 is stuck, the surface is of wood type and the overall thickness is very thin compared to the conventional sound insulation flooring, and despite the thickness of about 20 mm Since the sound insulation grade L-45 can be achieved while maintaining the strength as a flooring material, it can be used effectively without reducing the indoor space.
