Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a construction board for easy construction of an outer surrounding body by sequentially forming a side part, a bottom part, and a rising part on each side of a main board and arranging an expansion streak in the width direction in one longitudinal end of the main board. CONSTITUTION: A fitted part 3 is arranged in a side part 2 formed on each lateral side of a main board 1, a bottom part 4 is formed outward in the lower end of the side part 2, and in the outer end of the bottom part 4, a standing part 5 is formed. In one longitudinal end of the main board 1, an expansion streak 6 in the width direction is formed. In a construction board A formed in this way, the expansion streak 6 of an already installed construction board A on the lower side serves as a support for a construction board A on the upper side, so that longitudinal construction work is facilitated, while a fixing part by a fixing apparatus 16 is covered with a cap member B for improving an appearance.

Conventionally, when constructing the outer enclosure of a wall or roof by connecting construction boards of a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction, the construction is usually done from the bottom to the top. On steeply sloped roofs, when fixing construction boards to structural members such as the rim or main building, workers must hold them while holding the construction boards and use fasteners such as drill screws, bolts, nuts, etc. to prevent them from falling. It was stuck.

Moreover, under the above-mentioned working conditions, it is difficult to maintain a constant overlapping width between the building boards in the vertical direction at any point, making it impossible to carry out accurate construction, and making it difficult to connect the building boards to each other. There were various problems such as the location being conspicuous in appearance and significantly deteriorating the appearance of the enclosure.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has developed the present invention by forming side parts from both sides in the width direction of the main plate, forming fitted parts on the side parts, A construction material having a bottom part formed outward from the lower end of the side part, a rising part formed from the outer end of the bottom part, and a protruding strip facing the width direction formed at one longitudinal end of the main plate. By making it a board, when connecting points in the longitudinal direction are required in the construction of an outer enclosure such as a wall or roof, the construction can be done easily and quickly, and the connecting points can be made elegant in appearance. This solves the problems mentioned above.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a main plate having an appropriate length in the longitudinal direction, and as shown in FIG. 3, bulging stepped portions 1b whose height is higher at both sides in the width direction than on both sides of the central flat portion 1a; 1b is formed, or, although not shown, the whole is flat,
In addition, it may be formed with a high height.

Side portions 2.2 are formed on both sides of the main plate 1 in the width direction, and fitted portions 3.3 are formed at appropriate locations on the side portions 2.2. Further, bottom portions 4, 4 are formed outwardly from the lower ends of the side portions 2.2, and rising portions 5.5 are formed from the outer ends of the bottom portions 4, 4. The height position of the bottom part 4 and the height of the flat part 1a are formed to be at the same height.

As shown in FIG. 3, a bulging strip 6 that bulges toward the surface side is formed toward the longitudinal end (upper end) of the main plate 1 in a bulging manner facing the width direction. The cross-sectional shape of the bulging strip 6 may be approximately arcuate, square, or triangular.

The outer end side of such a bulging strip 6 is configured as an upper joint portion U. Furthermore, specifically, the height of the main plate 1 is formed to differ by approximately the thickness of the main plate 1 with the bulging strip 6 as a boundary. In other words, it appears as if a stepped portion is formed. As shown in FIG. 3, when the bulging strip 6 is removed only on both sides of the main plate l and is formed up to the sloping part of the bulging step portions 1b and lb, the bulging step portions on both sides are removed. A stepped portion 7 is formed on the top surface of 1b, lb such that the upper end side is lowered one step toward the back surface side.

is formed, and the narrowed portion is formed as a lower joint portion d. That is, at the other end (lower end) in the longitudinal direction of the bottom 4° 4, a rising portion 5.5 is formed so that it becomes narrower in the width direction, and the bottom 4 extends from this in the longitudinal direction with the step portion 8 position as a boundary. On the end side, the height is increased toward the front side by approximately the thickness of the plate. Assuming that the width of the general portion of the bottom portion 4 is 16, the width of the bottom portion 4 at the location d of the lower joint portion is formed as a width ll smaller than the width le (see FIG. 4).

Similarly to the building board A, the cap material B may also be used by being connected in the longitudinal direction. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, a coupling means part 13 is formed at -ra (upper end) in the longitudinal direction of the cap member B, and the upper surface part on the outer end side is formed from the position of the coupling means part 13. 10. The m portion 11 and the joint portion 12 are formed so as to be narrowed by approximately the thickness of the metal plate forming the cap material B.

By forming a building board with a bulging strip 6 facing the width direction A at one longitudinal end of the building board A, firstly, it is possible to greatly improve the efficiency of constructing the building board A in the longitudinal direction. Secondly, it can be made to look better, thirdly, the joint can be made stronger, and fourthly, it can be processed easily with minimal processing.

When connecting A in the vertical direction, the architectural board A in the upper position
The lower end edge of the roof can be brought into contact with the bulging strip 6 of the lower architectural board A, so that the bulging strip 6 of the lower architectural board A that has already been roofed can be brought into contact with the bulging strip 6 of the lower architectural board A. This serves as a support for the architectural board A, which makes roofing much easier. That is, in particular, the bulging strip 6 supports the lower edge of the building board A at the upper position, and at the same time, this supporting position can be used as a factor for determining the overlapping part of a predetermined width.

In addition, being able to support the building board A during construction allows the worker to focus only on the fixing work, which involves supporting, positioning, and fixing the relatively heavy metal building board A. It has the effect of significantly improving efficiency.

In addition, as described above, by being able to position using the bulging strips 6, it is possible to easily keep the overlapping width of the vertically adjacent building boards A, A constant during construction of an outer enclosure such as a wall. It has the advantage of being able to be roofed in an extremely orderly manner.

4 Furthermore, since the roofing is done sequentially from the bottom to the top, the bottom end of the building board A at the top position will be placed on the bulging strip 6, and even when visually viewed from below on a wall etc. The lower end of the architectural board A at the position is less noticeable due to the bulging stripes 6, which has the effect of making the appearance more elegant.

Moreover, when these architectural boards A, A are connected in the vertical direction, if the vertically adjacent main boards 1.1 overlap, the bulging strip 6 is added to the section modulus of the architectural boards A, A. It has a larger section modulus and can provide a construction board A that can be used as a strong joint.

Furthermore, although it has favorable effects on construction, appearance, etc., it has the advantage that only the bulging strips 6 are provided, and that it requires only a small amount of processing, is simple, and can be made at low cost.

Note that by forming a step 7 at one end (upper end) in the longitudinal direction of the main plate 1, and forming a step 8 that narrows at the bottom 4 and the rising portion 5, the overlapping is not only more reliable and orderly, but also watertight. It also has the advantage of being able to be polymerized.
