開度位置にあるか否かを検出するスロツトルスイ
ツチと、 エンジン回転数を検出する回転数検出手段と、 エンジン冷却水の温度を検出する温度検出手段
と、 前記スタータスイツチの出力信号に基づきエン
ジン始動時、前記電磁弁を連通制御する始動制御
手段と、 前記スタータスイツチとイグニシヨンスイツチ
とスロツトルスイツチと回転数検出手段及び温度
検出手段の出力信号に基づき、エンジンがアイド
ル運転状態にあるとき前記電磁弁を連通制御し、
減速運転状態にあるとき前記電磁弁を遮断制御す
