    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 燃料電池発電装置の負荷回路のしや断時に前記
    燃料電池に発生する異常電圧を防止するために前
    記負荷および燃料電池と並列に放電抵抗を備えた
    燃料電池の保護装置において、燃料電池を構成し
    直列接続されている単電池の電極間あるいは単電
    池を多数個積層してなるブロツクの出力端子間に
    燃料電池に発生した異常電圧に応じて選択して並
    列投入される複数個の放電抵抗を備えたことを特
    徴とする燃料電池の保護装置。
