Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet, having good designing sense holding the feeling of mat, which is synchronized with an usual printing layer, as well as three-dimensional feeling, by effecting protruding printing with ink containing extender pigment in the conduits thereof. CONSTITUTION:The usual printing layer 2 of desired patterns if formed on a decorative base paper 1 with usual printing ink, then, the protruding printing layer 3 of desired patterns is formed with ink containing extender pigment and, subsequently, the decorative base paper 1, on which two kinds of said printing layers are formed, is impregnated with thermosetting resin 3 and is dried to form impregnated paper to be laminated on a base material 4, then, heating and pressure molding process is applied thereon. The extender pigment, contained in ink resin, is preferably porous filler of a degree having the average grain size of 5-30mum while the extender pigment or organic foaming filler or the like, such as diatomite, shirasu balloon, urea resin beads, epoxy resin beads, kaolin, clay or the like, is used as filler. Thermosetting resin, with which the decorative base paper is impregnated, is preferably melamine resin, diallyl phthalate resin from the view point of designing effects.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the conventional manufacturing method described above, it is extremely difficult to perfectly match the pattern pattern on the surface of the decorative board and the position of the embossing, and it is also difficult to manufacture the embossing plate. The problem was that it was expensive.

As a result of intensive research to achieve the above object, the inventors of the present invention have developed a method of printing the conduit part with an ink containing an extender pigment, impregnating it with a thermosetting resin, and performing hot-pressure molding. They discovered that there is a difference in gloss between the raised print part and the other parts, and that a decorative board with a three-dimensional effect can be produced, and this led to the completion of the present invention. That is, the present invention provides the following methods: ``A normal printing layer with a desired pattern is formed on a decorative base paper using a normal printing ink, a raised printing layer with a desired pattern is formed using an ink containing an extender pigment, and then the above-mentioned The decorative base paper on which two types of printing layers have been formed is impregnated with a thermosetting resin, dried to form an impregnated paper, this impregnated paper is combined with a base material, and then heated and pressure molded. ``A method for producing a thermosetting resin decorative board with a three-dimensional effect.''
