Claims (1)
- ダイヤモンド製の相対立した２つの円錐台状切
片、これら両切片間を通過する光路、これら両切
片間を任意の間隔に設定し固定する固定具を備え
て成り、前記両切片間に試料を挾みこの試料を圧
搾した状態で前記両切片を前記固定具により固定
し、前記光路間に光を通じてこの試料の赤外スペ
クトル測定を行う赤外スペクトル測定用試料作成
装置。
