- 断面が円錐台形状の筒状ケースの内底面に圧電
磁器板を貼り合わせて、ユニモルフ振動子を構成

コーテイング材をコーテイングするとともに、前
記筒状ケースの開孔端に固定してなる前記ユニモ
ルフ振動子の入出力信号を伝達する端子を有する
端子板の前記端子と前記端子板のすき間全体に樹
脂系コーテイング材をコーテイングした超音波セ
