トダイオードと、このフオトダイオードの一端と
逆バイアス電圧との間に接続する第1のスイツチ
と、前記フオトダイオードと直列に接続する抵抗
と、前記フオトダイオードの前記一端に接続する
トランスインピーダンス型変換回路と、このトラ
ンスインピーダンス型変換回路の出力電圧と前記
抵抗の一端に生じる電圧のいずれか一方を選択す
る第2のスイツチとを備え、2つのスイツチを切
換えることによりフオトダイオードが無バイアス
または逆バイアスで動作するように構成したこと
