換する検出用抵抗器を備え、検出用抵抗器の端子
よりパルス光の強度に比例した電圧を得る光・電
変換回路において、 ある一定のバイアス電圧を前記フオト・ダイオ
ードと検出用抵抗器の共通接続点の電位に加える
ことにより得られた電圧をバツフア・アンプを介
した後フオト・ダイオードの検出用抵抗器とは接
続されない側の端子に印加し、入力されるパルス
光の強度によらずフオト・ダイオードの両端に印
加される電圧が一定となるようにしたことを特徴
