負荷を出力側に接続する固体リレーの駆動回路に
おいて、所定電圧源と接地間に直列接続された第
一の抵抗およびコンデンサと、所定電圧源と接地
間に直列に接続された第二の抵抗もしくは一導電
チヤネル型MOSFET並びに入力電圧を印加す
る駆動用バイポーラトランジスタもしくは逆導電
チヤネル型MOSFETとを有し、前記第一の抵
抗およびコンデンサの接続点を前記固体リレーに
内蔵した発光ダイオードの陽極側に、且つ前記第
二の抵抗もしくは一導電チヤネル型MOSFET
および駆動用バイポーラトランジスタもしくは逆
導電チヤネル型MOSFETの接続点を前記発光
ダイオードの陰極側にそれぞれ接続しうるように
