- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (a) エンジンの吸気通路に設けられた一つ以上
の絞弁の開度に応じた信号を出力する信号発生手
段と、 (b) 駆動輪のスリツプを抑制するトラクシヨン
制御の作動状態を検出する作動状態検出手段と、 (c) 前記信号発生手段の出力を所定のサンプリ
ング周期毎にサンプリングするとともに、トラク
シヨン制御の作動中は該サンプリング周期よりも
短いサンプリング周期でサンプリングして絞弁の
開度を検出する開度検出手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の絞弁開度検
出装置。
