- 半導体素子を搭載するマウントアイランド部と
ワイヤーボンデイングを行なうステツチ部とを有
し、該マウントアイランド部と前記ステツチ部の
平行対向面を小さくするように、少なくとも一方
の先端部を細くしたことを特徴とする半導体装置
用リードフレーム。
