Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一主面が接着面となる第１の半導体チツプ
と、上記接着面に接着され上記第１チツプより小
さく形成された第２の半導体チツプと、アイラン
ド部の中央に上記第１チツプより小さく且つ上記
第２チツプより大きい穴部が形成されたリードフ
レームとを備え、上記第２チツプが上記アイラン
ド部の穴部に収納されるように上記第１チツプを
上記アイランド部に装着したことを特徴とする半
導体装置。 (2) 上記第２チツプとリードフレームとの配線
を、絶縁フイルムに配線パターンが形成されたフ
イルムキヤリアによつて構成したことを特徴とす
る請求項第１項記載の半導体装置。
