Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of double-parking of two vehicles or more in one section by inhibiting a park-enabled parking section number outputted as sound from being treated as an empty section until the passage of a prescribed time after outputting the sound even if the section is in an empty state. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle to be entered reaches an entrance 1 after a parking ratio has exceeded a prescribed set value and the vehicle is detected by an entrance vehicle detecting means 4-6, the section number of a parking section which is empty at that time is outputted as sound. Until the vehicle reaches parking sections P1-Pn, the parking positions are empty states even when the parking position is indicated to the entrance vehicle. When the same parking section is instructed to the succeeding vehicle, two vehicles may be unpreferably moved to the same section. Thereby, a prescribed time is set by a timer 14 and a signal processing means 10 is controlled so that the section is not treated as an empty section until the prescribed time passes, and if the section is empty after the passage of the prescribed time, the section is outputted again as an empty section through sound. Consequently, the parking zone can be accurately controlled.

Similarly, at the entrance of the parking lot, a means for detecting entering vehicles is installed, and a keyboard is installed to input sections that are temporarily unavailable due to construction, etc., and the signals from the above sensor and the temporarily unavailable sections input using the keyboard are processed. In addition, after the parking rate exceeds a preset value, excluding temporarily unusable spaces, the driver of the car attempting to enter is informed by voice of the empty status of the parking space at the time of entry. Alternatively, notifications can be made by sound and display.

As a result of processing the sensor signal and the temporarily unusable bays by the signal processing means, when the parking rate exceeds a preset value and the parking bays are found to be empty, excluding the temporarily unusable bays. notifies the driver of the parking lot by voice or voice and display of the number of the parking lot about to enter the lot, and also indicates that the available parking lot number output by voice will remain vacant until a predetermined period of time elapses after the voice output. Even if the area is located in the area, it will not be treated as an empty area, and two or more cars will not be in one area.

Figure 1 shows a schematic diagram of a parking lot, where p1 to Pn are parking bays, and s1 to Sn are sensors (for example, metal detectors) installed in each parking bay to determine whether a car is parked. It detects whether or not it is present and provides it to the signal processing means. C
1 and 02 are cars, C1 is a car already parked in the parking lot, and C2 is a car at the entrance (1) of the parking lot that is about to enter. (2) is the exit of the parking lot, and (3) is the audio output device installed near the entrance (1). aS is an entrance vehicle detection means,
A light source (4) and a light receiver (5) are arranged opposite to each other with a light source (4) and a light receiver (5) placed in between. Therefore, if the car C2 blocks the light generated from the light source (4), it is determined that an entering car is at the entrance. In addition,
A detection signal (6) from the photoreceiver (5) is given to a gate circuit, which will be described later.

O5 is a keyboard for inputting parking spaces that are temporarily unavailable due to construction work, delivery, etc. The parking status of each parking lot is constantly monitored by a signal processor based on the signals from each sensor and the parking lot that is temporarily unavailable entered using the keyboard (L!9). 2 The parking rate conveniently shown in the circular graph G is a preset value 2 For example, as shown with diagonal lines in FIG.
%, it seems that the two-dimensional visibility inside the parking lot will be poor, so after the preset parking rate is exceeded, if there are vacant spaces, excluding spaces that cannot be used temporarily, the voice will be activated. A signal αD for converting the number of the section into voice is output from the synthesis output device (9). 0ri is a voice output device (3) and a voice synthesis output device (9)

Therefore, if a car attempting to enter reaches the entrance after the parking rate exceeds a preset value and is detected by the entering vehicle detection means aS, the number of the vacant parking lot at that time will be output by voice. .

That is, when there is no car attempting to enter, there is no audio output, and if there is a car attempting to enter, audio output occurs. When a driver hears an empty parking lot via audio, he or she can drive straight to that space without having to search around the lot. Note 1: For example, parking lot P9

By the way, the car does not arrive at the parking lot immediately after passing through the entrance, but it takes some time. Therefore, until the vehicle reaches the parking lot, the parking lot remains vacant even though the parking location has been instructed to the entering vehicle. Therefore, if you instruct the next car to use the same parking lot, the two cars will end up heading to the same lot, which is not desirable. Therefore, a predetermined time is set using a timer α, and the signal processing means is controlled so that the block is not handled as an empty block until the predetermined time has elapsed. If the block is still vacant after a predetermined period of time, the block will be outputted again as an empty block.
