Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily seek for empty parking sections by informing a driver of the numbers of sections which cannot be used temporarily and the numbers of the empty parkable sections by a voice output. CONSTITUTION:Signals from sensors S1-Sn provided for respective parking sections P1-Pn and signals from a keyboard 10 to input the number of the sections which cannot be used temporarily are processed by a signal processing means 7. Based on the processing result, the numbers of the sections which cannot be used temporarily and the empty parking sections except the sections which cannot be used temporarily are voice-outputted from a voice output device 3 and the driver of a vehicle C2 to arrive at the entrance of a parking lot is informed of the sections which cannot be used temporarily and the parkable sections. The voice-outputted number of the parkable sections are not dealt with as empty sections even though they are empty until prescribed time passes after the voice output. Thus, it becomes easier to seek for the empty parking sections.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention provides a parking lot with a section that is temporarily unavailable to drivers at the entrance of the parking lot when entering the parking lot, and an empty section other than the section that is temporarily unavailable. The present invention relates to a method for indicating a parking location in which the number of a parking lot is notified by voice or by voice and display.

A sensor is installed in each parking lot to detect whether or not a car is parked, and an audio output device (the main component is a speaker) is installed at the entrance of the parking lot. The signal from the keyboard for inputting the parking spaces that cannot be used for parking is processed by a signal processing means installed adjacent to the audio output device or at an appropriate location away from the audio output device to constantly monitor the parking situation of each parking space and check whether the parking space is vacant or not. The driver is notified by voice of the number of the parking lot in the parking lot.

As a result of signal processing using the signal processing means, if it is found that there are spaces that are temporarily unavailable due to construction or delivery, and parking spaces that are vacant except for the spaces that are temporarily unavailable, In addition to informing the driver of the available parking lot number and the number of a vacant parking lot by voice output, the voice output device will notify the driver of the available parking lot number even if it is vacant until a predetermined period of time has elapsed. Also, they are not treated as vacant lots, and two or more cars are not placed in one lot at the same time.

A signal for converting the number of the vacant lot into audio is output and given to the speaker (4) via the AMP (51).Then, the audio is output from the speaker (4) so that the driver can confirm it. Therefore, the driver only has to move the car to the vacant parking lot that is indicated by the voice output.

By the way, the car does not arrive at the parking lot immediately after passing through the entrance, but it takes some time. Therefore, until the car reaches the parking lot, the parking lot remains vacant even though the parking location is indicated. Therefore, if you instruct the next car to use the same parking lot, the two cars will end up heading to the same lot, which is not desirable. Therefore, a predetermined time is set using a timer (9), and the signal processing means is controlled so that the section for which audio output has been made is not treated as a section for all students until the predetermined time has elapsed. If the block is still vacant after a predetermined period of time, the block will be outputted again as an empty block.
