Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は光学用レンズ等の洗浄用支持装置の改
良に関するものである。

従来光学用レンズの洗浄用支持装置としては、
第1図に示す如くステンレス製支持棒1に多数個
の断面六角形状プラスチツク球体2を挿着し、外
周面に鋸歯状の凹溝を形成したものを3本用意
し、レンズの直径に応じ該支持棒の間隔を調整し
てV字型状に形成し、その両端部を支持板3にて
固定し、該凹溝部にレンズを静置して洗浄並に乾
燥を行つているものである。

た後、上記洗浄液を除去するために水槽及び蒸留
水槽中に入れて洗浄し更にイソプロピルアルコー
ル中に入れ、最後にフレオンにて乾燥してレンズ
を清浄化しているものである。

燥過程においてレンズの壁面に該液が漏出して模
様等による斑点をつくりレンズの商品価値を著し
く阻害しているものであつた。

見出したものである。即ち本考案は外周の長手方
向に沿つてV字型、U字型又は逆台形型の凹溝を
鋸歯状に設けた弗素樹脂製支持棒を複数本並設し
てV字型状又はU字型状を形成し、それらの両端
部を夫々支持板にて固定し、該凹溝部に被洗浄体
を静置して洗浄することを特徴とするものであ
る。

互いに並列でかつV字型状に設置し、その両端に
弗素樹脂製支持板7を固定して本考案洗浄装置を
えた。
