イルタを介し外気を取入れて密閉室内を常時若干
の高圧状態に保持可能な送風ユニツトをを設けた
ことを特徴とする簡易クリールームをもつて、構
成簡単で安価であるにも拘らず常時清浄度をほぼ
一定に保持可能な設備の提供を目的とするもので
ある。
