業室に扉で開閉される物品出入口で通じる物品搬
送室と、この物品搬送室内を移動し、前記物品出
入口の手前定位置にて作業室との間で物品の受け
渡しが行われる物品収納搬送用搬送ボツクスとを
備え、前記搬送ボツクスは前記物品出入口の手前
定位置に在る時に、物品出入口周縁部との隙間を
遮断する軸方向伸縮自在の筒状シール手段を有す
るものである物品搬送装置において、 前記搬送ボツクスに、前記シール手段が前記物
品出入口周縁部まで伸張した時に、シール手段と
物品出入口の扉及び搬送ボツクスで囲まれた空間
の空気を吸引して作業室内の清浄空気を導入する
