[Detailed explanation of the invention] This explanation relates to heating panels for construction. Conventional heating panels for construction use charcoal mortar (charcoal mortar is a mixture of cement, sand, and crushed charcoal pieces mixed with water. ), and the in-floor heating construction method used is an on-site method in which hot water pipes are enclosed in mortar, but by converting this into panels, off-site production can be processed, shortening the construction period and reducing the price. Stability can be measured. In addition, by enclosing the hot water pipe within the charcoal mortar, it has an excellent heat retention effect by storing the heat radiated from the hot water pipe, and since crushed charcoal pieces are used as the mortar aggregate, the weight of the panel itself is reduced, making it convenient to carry. Additionally, reinforcing wood pieces optionally placed within the charcoal mortar protect the charcoal mortar and hot water pipes from the weight applied from the top of the panel. Also, when the panel is used for a floor, the weight from above is transferred to the base material through the reinforcing wood pieces. In addition, the reinforcing wood pieces have holes perpendicular to the construction plywood and can be easily connected to the base material by nailing, bolting, etc. The upper part of the panel is made of perforated plywood for construction.
The heat within the charcoal mortar layer is easily radiated. The joints between the panels are made of perforated plywood for construction. The charcoal mortar is provided with a blank cut-in area in which the hot water pipes are exposed so that joint hardware can be easily used when setting the panels. To explain the above with respect to the drawings, 1 is a perforated plywood for construction that constitutes the upper layer, 2 is a charcoal mortar layer for heat storage, 3 is a hot water pipe, 4 is a structure that transmits the weight applied from the top downward, and the charcoal mortar, A piece of reinforcing wood 5 protects the hot water pipe from damage from above, and the construction plywood 6 that makes up the lower layer is the joint between the panels, exposing the hot water pipe and making it easy to use hot water pipe joint hardware. , the blank space where the charcoal mortar and perforated plywood for construction have been scraped. It consists of the above. The adhesion between the lower layer construction plywood and the charcoal mortar and the upper layer construction plywood and the charcoal mortar is achieved by the adhesive strength of the charcoal mortar and by nailing the reinforcing wood pieces and the plywood.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, heating is performed by setting a heating panel and shielding hot water from a heat source. The feature of the present invention is a heating panel that can be produced off-site and has a charcoal mortar layer for heat storage, and has practical benefits such as the panel itself can be used as a floor.
