たガス浄化器の第１図におけるＸ―Ｙ断面図であ
る。
図中、１は容器、２はガスの入口、３はガスの
出口、４はガス浄化液、５はガス浄化液浴、６―
ａ，６―ｂ，６―ｃ，６―ｄはシート状物、７は
ガス流通孔を夫々示す。
