るようにされ、このようにして各処理槽の上域に
スカムを集積させながら水のみを清浄な水として
最後まで導いて槽外に導くようにするとともに、
前記処理槽の上部には、各槽の上域に集積して次
第に盛り上がるようになるスカム分のみを掻き集
