ローテーシヨンセルにおいて、原料に空気混合を
図るために多孔を有した空気流入管と、該空気流
入管の外周に多孔を有し、可変回転可能とした空
気吹出管と、前記フローテーシヨンセル底部の沈
降性異物を、低濃度クリーナで排出・除去する手
段とを具備してなることを特徴とする脱インキフ
