とに起因してサーミスタの抵抗値の初期値(通常は常温
での抵抗値を表す)がバラつくといった問題も生してい
たし、さらにはチップ形状に切断後のガラス封入の際の

以上の説明により明らかなごとく、本発明に係るサーミ
スタによれば、サーミスタ素子と電極を形成する材料と
して共通の組成原料を含有する結果、これら共通の組成
原料間の化学反応に基づき、サーミスタ素子と電極との
接着強度を著しく高めることができる。従ってサーミス
タ製作過程におけるチップ形状への切断時においても電
極がサーミスタ素子側からはがれるといった不都合を完
全になくすことができる。また電極がはがれないまでも
接着不良に基づき抵抗初期値にバラつきが生じるといっ
た不都合もなくすことができる。さらにはガラス封入の
際の加工に起因して抵抗値がバラつくといった不都合も
