ンがスプロケツトに巻き付くときの状態を説明す
る図である。 １：サイレントチエーン伝動装置、２：サイレ
ントチエーン、３：リンクプレート、４：リンク
歯、５：外側フランク、６：内側フランク、８：
連結ピン、１０：スプロケツト、１１：スプロケ
ツト歯、１２：歯面。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 互いに回動可能に直列に枢結された第１、第
    ２及び第３のリンクプレートを少なくとも一部に
    有し、該リンクプレートが内側フランク及び外側
    フランクによて限定された一対のリンク歯を有す
    るサイレントチエーンと、該サイレントチエーン
    の該リンク歯と噛み合うスプロケツト歯を有する
    スプロケツトとを備えたサイレントチエーン伝動
    装置において、第１のリンクプレートが該スプロ
    ケツトのスプロケツト歯と安定状態で噛み合つた
    状態で該第２及び第３のリンクプレートが第１の
    リンクプレートと第２のリンクプレートとの枢結
    点を中心に回動させた場合に、該三つのリンクプ
    レートの枢結点が一直線上に並んだ状態から該第
    ２のリンクプレートの内側フランクと該スプロケ
    ツト歯との接触を終了するまでの角度をθ１、該
    第３のリンクプレートの内側フランクが該スプロ
    ケツト歯と接触し始めるまでの角度をθ２とした
    とき、該第２及び第３のリンクプレートのリンク
    歯の内側フランクの形状を、 θ１−θ２≧０ となるように決定したことを特徴とするサイレ
    ントチエーン伝動装置。 ２ 該リンク歯の内側フランクの形状が凸曲面で
    ある実用新案登録請求の範囲１に記載のサイレン
    トチエーン伝動装置。 ３ 該スプロケツト歯の歯面を凸状の曲面で形成
    したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲１
    又は２に記載のサイレントチエーン伝動装置。 ４ 該スプロケツト歯の歯面を平坦面で形成した
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲１又は
    ２に記載のサイレントチエーン伝動装置。 ５ 連続する該第１、第２及び第３のリンクプレ
    ートがサイレントチエーン中に不規則に配置され
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲１ないし４に記載
    のサイレントチエーン伝動装置。
