Claims (1)
- 分光素子を直進させる分光器駆動装置と、分光
器のＸ線出射スリツトと検出器の一体物をＸ軸方
向およびＹ軸方向各独立に移動させるＸ，Ｙ駆動
装置と、分光素子の移動軌跡上の位置に対応する
Ｘ線出射スリツトのＸ，Ｙ両軸上の位置を算出し
てＸＹ駆動装置を制御する駆動制御装置と、分光
素子およびＸ線出射スリツトの方向を規制する手
段とを備えたことを特徴とするＸ線分光器。
