〈従来の技術〉
従来の鋳造装置におけるスリーブ潤滑法としては、自己

も、潤滑剤を塗布した際に射出スリーブの内面が冷され
、その結果射出スリーブ内に注湯された溶湯の凝固が速
くなって凝固率が多くなり、潟回り不良などの不良品発

スリーブ内に溶湯を注湯した時にガスを発生することが
ない新規な鋳造装置におけるスリーブ潤滑法を提供せん
