Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 動作開始状態には気体を通過させ、動作初期
    状態には液体を通過させる第１流路を形成するメ
    インハウジングと、メインハウジングの中間部で
    分岐し、液体を通過させる第２流路を形成する迂
    回ハウジングを有し、メインハウジングの前端部
    は液体ポンプに接続され、メインハウジングの後
    端部は、真空ポンプに接続され、迂回ハウジング
    の分岐開口位置より後方でかつメインハウジング
    後端部より前方の位置に前記気体の通過を許容す
    るが液体の通過を阻止する程度の付勢力を受けた
    第１バルブを設け、前記迂回ハウジング内には液
    体を通過させる第２バルブを設けてなる液体流入
    遮断装置において、前記中間部には前記迂回ハウ
    ジングの分岐開口の少くとも後端かつ第１バルブ
    の前方位置において、第１流路を横切り全長が第
    ２流路方向に向かつて配設されているフイルター
    を設けたことを特徴とする液体流入遮断装置。 ２ 前記迂回ハウジング全体が前記メインハウジ
    ングに対して着脱自在に設けられ、前記フイルタ
    は迂回ハウジングの前記分岐開口の端面にて支持
    されていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の
    範囲第１項記載の液体流入遮断装置。 ３ 前記迂回ハウジングは前記メインハウジング
    に対して、前記第２流路が緩やかな流線をなすよ
    う傾斜して設けられていることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の液体流入遮断装
    置。
