Claims (1)
- 磁場や温度を変化させながらホール測定を行う
ための応力印加装置において、ピストンを移動さ
せるピストン駆動手段と、前記ピストンの移動に
対応して支点を中心に回動する第１のレバーと、
このレバーの一端に係合しレバーの回動に応じて
荷重を上下方向に移動させる連結具と、前記荷重
の移動に対応して垂直に固定された試料の一端に
水平方向に力を印加する第２のレバーを備えたこ
とを特徴とする応力印加装置。
