の移動量を検出する原理を示す説明図である。第
５図は第１図とは異る本考案の実施例断面図であ
る。 １……ピストンロツド、２・６１……ピストン
側スプリング（第１のスプリング）、４……シリ
ンダー筒、６……ピストン、１４……コア（移動
体）、１５・６２……対抗スプリング（第２のス
プリング）、１７・１８・１９……センサー。

Claims (1)
- 移動体の一端又は両端に押圧方向又は引張方向
に連結された、比較的にバネ定数が小さくかつ比
較的に長い第１のスプリングと、第１のスプリン
グの反対方向に押圧方向又は引張方向に作用する
第１のスプリングよりバネ定数が大きくかつ短い
第２のスプリング又は弾性体とを含み、前記第１
及び第２のスプリング又は弾性体の反移動体側端
部の何れか一方をシリンダー筒の一部に、そして
他方をシリンダー筒内に出入するようにシリンダ
ー筒に支持されたピストンロツドに穿設した穴内
に、それぞれ固定し、ピストンロツドに固定され
たピストンの変位量に比較して小さい変位量を移
動体が示すように保持し、かつ移動体の変位量を
検出するセンサーを移動体に隣接して配置したこ
とを特徴とするセンサー付きシリンダー装置。
