本体を上向きに貫通して共通のカム軸によつて回
転されるカムによつてそれぞれ駆動される4弁エ
ンジンのシリンダにおいて、前記2つの吸気ポー
トはこれらの吸気ポートの開口の中心軸線を結ぶ
線が前記燃料噴射ノズルの中心軸線を通る面に平
行な面に対して傾斜するように配置され、また前
記2つの吸気弁の弁杆はその頂部を結ぶ線が前記
平行な面内にあるように配置されていることを特
