室を有するヘツド本体と前記燃焼室に空気を供給
する２つの吸気ポートと前記燃焼室から排気する
２つの排気ポートと前記吸気ポートと排気ポート
との開口をそれぞれ開閉する吸気弁及び排気弁と
から成り、前記吸気弁及び排気弁の弁杆はヘツド
本体を上向きに貫通して共通のカム軸によつて回
転されるカムによつてそれぞれ駆動される４弁エ
ンジンのシリンダにおいて、前記２つの吸気ポー
トはこれらの吸気ポートの開口の中心軸線を結ぶ
線が前記燃料噴射ノズルの中心軸線を通る面に平
行な面に対して傾斜するように配置され、また前
記２つの吸気弁の弁杆はその頂部を結ぶ線が前記
平行な面内にあるように配置されていることを特
徴とする４弁エンジンのシリンダヘツド。 (2) 前記中心軸線を結ぶ線の傾斜は５°乃至２
