を示す図である。 １は９０度電気長線路、２は超電導素子、３は
グランド、４はＲＦチヨーク、５はコンデンサ、
６はＰＩＮダイオード、７は接触抵抗、８は接合
抵抗、９は接合容量である。なお、図中、同一符
号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。
構成図、第２図は超電導素子のＶ―Ｉ特性図、第
３図は超電導素子のＶ―Ｒ特性図、第４図は従来
のリミツタの構成図、第５図は第４図の等価回路
を示す図である。 １は９０度電気長線路、２は超電導素子、３は
グランド、４はＲＦチヨーク、５はコンデンサ、
６はＰＩＮダイオード、７は接触抵抗、８は接合

- 入力端子と出力端子を結ぶ線路と、前記線路に
並列に接続され、コンデンサで終端されたＲＦチ
ヨークと、上記線路と並列に接続された９０度電
気長線路とグランド間に接続された超電導素子と
で構成されたことを特徴とするリミツタ。
