【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)底盤の中央部に支持シャフトが、その外周の複数
箇所にチーズ装填用スピンドルがそれぞれ立設されたチ
ーズキャリアに組み付けて使用する脱水アタッチメント
であつて、 前記支持シャフトの上端に着脱自在に連結される連結手
段を有する天盤と、 前記天盤の外周部複数箇所に前記底盤上の各別の前記ス
ピンドルに対応して吊下げ状に保持され、かつ前記スピ
ンドルに装着したチーズ群に接触して該チーズ群を定位
置に保持する作動位置と該チーズ群から離れた非作動位
置との間で移動可能な可動枠と、 前記可動枠を前記非作動位置側へ付勢するばね手段とを
備え、 前記可動枠は、前記チーズ群の全高を覆う長さを有し、
且つ、遠心脱水機の回転バスケットへ挿入されたとき前
記回転バスケットの内壁面により前記ばね手段に抗して
前記作動位置側へ移動せしめられるように構成されてい
るチーズキャリア用脱水アタッチメント。
