ｂはプライマー層を施した部分の横方向の断面を
示す説明図である。第５図はプライマー層厚と密
着力との関係についての実験結果を示す。第６図
は運転経過時間と破壊レベルとの関係を示すグラ
フである。 １……現像ローラー、２……樹脂コート層、３
……弾性体層、４……芯金、５……プライマー層
、６……感光体、７……トナー層厚規制ブレード
、８……ブレード加圧バネ、９……現像ユニツト
加圧バネ。

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 芯金の周囲の弾性体上に樹脂層を付着させた
    現像ローラーにおいて、前記弾性体と前記樹脂層
    との間に密着力強化のために前記弾性体及び前記
    樹脂層と親和性のあるプライマー層を設けている
    ことを特徴とする現像ローラー。 ２ 前記プライマー層が前記弾性体の表面のうち
    画像形成に関与しない部分にのみ設けられている
