Claims (1)
- 弁箱に対して弁体をリフトする事に依り流体を
通断し得るリフト弁と、シリンダに封入したガス
を電熱ヒータで熱膨縮させる事に依りシリンダに
対してロツドを伸縮し得ると共にリフト弁の弁体
の軸方向とロツドの軸方向とが合致すべくリフト
弁の弁箱にシリンダが取付けられてリフト弁の弁
体にロツドが連結された電熱アクチエータと、リ
フト弁の弁箱と電熱アクチエータのロツドとの間
に介設されたシール材と、から構成した事を特徴
とする電熱アクチエータバルブ。
