Claims (1)
- シリンダと、シリンダに設けられて内部にスプ
リング室とガス室を形成するベローと、シリンダ
の少なくともガス室側を摺動可能に貫通してベロ
ーに取付けられたロツドと、シリンダとロツドと
の間に介設されたシール材と、シリンダのガス室
に設けられた電熱ヒータと、シリンダのガス室に
封入されて電熱ヒータに依り熱膨縮するガスと、
シリンダのスプリング室に設けられてベローをガ
ス室側へ付勢するスプリングと、から構成した事
を特徴とする電熱アクチエータ。
