Claims (1)
- 赤外線検出用デユワーの密閉中空部内にスター
リング冷却器のコールドヘツドシリンダを挿入し
、前記コールドヘツドシリンダ先端に設けたばね
を介して伝熱板をデユワー底部に押し付け、前記
デユワー底部の外面に固着した赤外線検出素子を
冷却する冷却装置において、前記コールドヘツド
シリンダの外周部とデユワー内周部間に低熱伝導
材を充填し、かつ該低熱伝導材周辺に僅かの残留
空気を残すようにしたことを特徴とする赤外線検
出素子冷却装置。
