Claims (1)
- 高熱膨脹材よりなる外筒と低熱膨脹材よりなる
内筒の一端が結合されて形成される二重円筒を備
えた温度センサにおいて、上記外筒の側面にリン
グ状に配設されたフイン、及び／又は上記外筒と
内筒の間に配設された硬質断熱部材を備えたこと
を特徴とする温度センサ。
