Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 Ｖ型配置されたシリンダー列の左右バンクの一
方を後方へオフセツトさせたシリンダーブロツク
と該シリンダーブロツクの左右バンクに装着され
たシリンダーヘツドに、少なくとも１本のカム軸
を備えるとともに、前記各バンク毎に二段型アイ
ドラスプロケツトを有し、該各アイドラスプロケ
ツトとクランクギヤとを１条の１次タイミングチ
エーンで連動させ、かつ前記アイドラスプロケツ
トとカムギヤとをそれぞれのバンク毎に２次タイ
ミングチエーンで連動させる方式のＶ型エンジン
において、 前記１次タイミングチエーンを、前記シリンダ
ー列の後方へオフセツトしたバンク側の二段型ア
イドラスプロケツトの前側に、他方のバンク側の
二段型アイドラスプロケツトの後側に、連繋させ
るべく前記二段型アイドラスプロケツトを配設し
たことを特徴とするＶ型エンジンのカム軸駆動装
置。
