Currently, file books, binders, etc. that are used to add and organize ledger forms such as slips, accounting, sales, etc., pasted mounts, and other various documents one after another are not originally provided with content documents, so the tip of the file is wide. Although it is becoming narrower, as the content increases, the binding part is bound to a certain width with metal fittings, etc., but the tip expands and becomes thicker, and it is used for storage and storage. Regarding the outer box case,
In the conventional structure, the opening width of the outer case is fixed and constant for the expanded file book, binder, etc., so when the thickness expands, strain occurs and the opening part of the case breaks or tears. There is a difficulty in doing so. As a result, they were either discarded mid-way or left unused, resulting in waste, and it was found that improvements should be made to make more effective use of the outer box case.

(Structure and Examples of the Present Invention) The structure of the present invention is a U-shaped cross section in which the upper and lower sides are bent to an appropriate width, one connecting hole is bored at one end, and the bent portion is treated to be peelable and adhesive. The optional shapes of the two are made to face each other, the bent parts are engaged with each other to form a single case body, and a connecting metal fitting is pivotally attached to the connecting hole so that the opening width of the opening at the other end can be freely adjusted. The gist is the box case. Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be illustrated and described below.

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a mold material constituting the outer case body, which is molded of a suitable thickness and slightly hard paperboard, synthetic resin material, or the like. A template made by laminating a synthetic resin sheet onto a paperboard material may also be used. Reference numeral 2 denotes a bent piece of a bent portion obtained by bending the upper and lower sides of the mold material to an appropriate width, and is formed into a U-shape as shown in FIG. 3 is a connecting hole provided in the upper and lower bent pieces.

The outer box case 10 is assembled by placing the left and right parts 1 and 1' opposite each other, and engaging the upper and lower bent pieces 2 and 2' at the bent portions to assemble the outer box case 10, and then pivoting the eyelet fittings 5 to the connecting holes 3 to integrate them. Join. 4 is a special adhesive bonded to the bent pieces 2, 2 to join the bent portions so that they can be peeled off or bonded. 6 and 7 are side openings for storing files, binders, etc.

Therefore, the outer box case 10 of the present invention is a case body in which bent pieces of U-shaped members 1 and 1' are engaged from both sides and openings 6 and 7 on both sides are open, and the opening 6 is formed by a connected eyelet fitting 5. Although the opening has a constant width, the opening width of the other side opening 7 of the case body can be freely adjusted using the pivoted connecting fitting as a fulcrum.

The adhesive 4 may be made of a durable adhesive tape, a thin magnetic material, a fluffy button, or the like. Reference numeral 8 denotes a long hole provided in the upper and lower bent pieces, which is a mounting hole for a fastening fitting 9 that reinforces the connection of the bent parts when the opening 7 is adjusted and widened as shown in FIG. Reference numeral 11 denotes a mark line provided on the bent pieces 2 and 2' so as to vertically align the opening widths of the openings.

The present invention is an outer box case constructed as described above, and as shown in the examples of use in Figs. 7 to 9, file books a and b are stored in the case. The storage width of the opening 7 on the other side is widened to accommodate the free end whose thickness has expanded as c increases, thereby improving the function and usability of the case body.

In addition, by forming the opening at the other end of the folded part into a tapered shape, even if the thickness of the document is small at the beginning of use, the opening on the other side, which will be the free end, can be reduced and shaped, preventing the contents from falling out and the document from falling out. It eliminates folds and is excellent in document storage and management.
