When the binding members are directly pressed and sandwiched, there is a risk that they will fall off, and especially in the case of binding members such as small-sized materials, there is a risk that the materials will be lost. Had. Also, when engaging with a plurality of pins of the binder, mounting holes corresponding to the number of pins must be formed in the material by punching or the like, which complicates the work and corresponds to the material mounting holes. There is a risk that the information of the part may be unknown, and when the material is bound, the binding part attached to the pin will make the binding part invisible, and if the folded side of the large catalogs is bound, The bag was bound and there was the inconvenience that the inside could not be seen unless the mounting bracket was removed. In addition, the filing put in a transparent bag has a standard shape and is suitable for storing a single item, but when storing multiple documents or folding and storing large documents, it is as it is. It was not possible to use it, and the material had to be put in and taken out from the bag, and small materials moved inside the bag, making it difficult to see from the outside, and there was a drawback that a stable file state could not be obtained.

When a sheet having an adhesive surface is used, a release paper must be joined to the adhesive surface and peeled off from the adhesive surface when the binding member is filed. It had the drawback of becoming garbage. Also,
In the case of the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-133387, a non-adhesive surface sheet is joined to the adhesive surface, and the non-adhesive surface sheet is provided with holes for attachment and folded back to the binding margin side to be filed together. Therefore, when filing the binding member, it must be removed from the binder each time, and the work must be complicated. Furthermore, since the adhesive surface is entirely formed on the adhesive surface sheet, it is difficult to peel off the non-adhesive surface sheet from the adhesive surface, which may damage the adhesive surface. However, it has a drawback in that the tongue piece must be protruded and the mass productivity is poor and the cost is increased.
